Dog steps or ramps??

Hi, sorry if this is a repost....my search didn't turn up anything. Does anyone use pet steps or a ramp? Any recommendations? Any pros or cons? Opinions? I have three dogs...not sure they will be in the pool or not but I want them to be able to get out safely. Thanks.

Do you currently have any steps? My dog uses the normal steps in our IG pool without issue.

What type pool do you have? inground, aboveground?

I think there was discussion about 'scamper ramps'. You can google that (bottom left on page) and should come up with some topics

We are getting ready to build an in ground vinyl liner diving pool. The shallow end will have steps the entire width of the pool. I think we are going to try and train the dogs to use the steps....I'm just concerned a bit about the deep end but they - just like my kids - won't be left unattended so, knock on wood, it should be OK.
