Minimax heater trips breaker after gas fires up

I have a minimax heater, 5 years old, after winter this year, started it p cater looking everything over, it starts, cycles, the fan starts up, runs for a minute or two, then the igniter glows for a short time, then a click and the has valve opens up and gas flows onto the burner, it fires, and the fan is still running as it should be. Then , the breaker trips, everything, NO codes, no flashes on the ignitor board, nothing showing any failure. Same thing, check all wires for shorts, replaced the GFi breaker, it's on the same breaker as the pump, and has been this way since new, never an issue before, even tired a larger amp breaker, twice at 50 amps, same trip. Fan runs fine, the squirrel cage spins freely. Have replaced the DDTC as a few LEDs were bad, nothing. All wires look fine, the pool pump runs fine. As zoo. The the gas flows and it fires, you can see the flames inside, then it trips the breaker.

My guess is the blower motor. You can check to see if the motor is hot right after the breaker trips. Careful, it could be very hot! Do this check when the heater has been siting for a while(cold).

Even if the motor appears to run fine, it can be the problem. Dead giveaway will be if the motor gets hot in the short time that it runs.
