Bottom drain for 18' round AG... yes or no?

Let me hear your bottom drain experiences, the good, bad and ugly. It's looking like I will be replacing my 18' round AG pool and am debating the addition of a bottom drain.

Per new federal laws you'll actually need to have 2 drains instead of just 1. I would recommend against it since they are problems if/when they leak -- especially considering you'll need two of them installed.
