I just found this nice and complete document about pool operation.

It is a nice complement to the pool school and worth reading I think, especially for the commercial/public pool operator.

It is the kind of print and read document that everybody will benefit of.

That's a pretty good reference. I skimmed through and notice three glaring errors/omissions

1. No mention of FAS/DPD chlorine testing
2. Endorsed the acid slug method of TA reduction
3. No mention of Chlorine level/CYA relationship, but the do recommend a very reasonable CYA level.

They get bonus points for a good treatment of the Ionizers, Ozonators and UV systems.
