Opening a large pool

My company has been asked to put in a bid for opening a rather large pool (180,000 gallons). We are fairly new to the pool management business and I'm not quite sure what to charge to open a pool that large. The going rate to open a commercial pool in this area is about $1,000 and that's for a pool that's about 24,000 gallons.
