Rain and PH ???????

I have a 24,000 gl pool the average depth is about 4 ft, we got close to 2" of rain yesterday and last night. My pool level went up 2" is all, But my ph went from a 7.5 to a 6.9 and my TA went from a 80 to a 60, what give's?
