Low reading I can't get to normal.

Opened my pool a couple weeks ago due to abnormally high temperatures while I was out of the country. It was completely green and disgusting. I now have all readings, except one, at normal values. It's driving me nuts!

Stand 150 people in there shoulder to shoulder and see it that helps raise that awful number.
