Where are you BBBers finding calcium chloride dihydrate in North Dallas?

I tried the search function here and a local lowes but no luck.

Lowes often carries "Driveway Heat", which is calcium chloride. You can also look for DowFlake or Peladow.

Last time I bought it at Lowe's, I had to beg the stocker to get me a few jugs off the pallet on the top row of the racking, and that was in September.

Betting that de-icer is going to be hard to find in Midwestern climates now.

If you need it now, try an aquarium supply store for saltwater aquariums. If you can ship it in, buckeye field supply has tons and it is cheap.

It's pretty much a seasonal thing out here. I like the aquarium store suggestion.
