Compupool CPSC Installation

I've been looking at SWG's and really cannot decide what I need or want. I have almost narrowed it down to the Compupool CPSC24 but I'm not sure about the installation of this model. It looks like it would need to be installed with PVC pipe. Is this true or can it be installed inline similar to the Aquarite models?

Yes, the CompuPool is designed to be glued into PVC piping. That is the same as all of the regular Aquarite models, though the AquaTrol does have an option to get it with pipe barbs instead. If you need pipe barbs for clamping hoses you can glue them to the CompuPool unit fairly easily. If you do that, you will need to find some other way to mount the unit, which is normally help up by the rigid PVC pipe.
