Salt Water Generator
I know the low salt light will come on if the water drops below 65f in my system (Zodiac Duoclear 130 (mineral cartridge removed!!)) even if there is the correct amount of salt. Is it OK to keep the system running with water below 65 or will the cold water affect the process that produces the chlorine and/or damage the system?

Thanks.

I believe it only shuts off the chlorine generator. The filtration pump should still run. In fact, most year-round pools have freeze protection where if the air temperature drops below 33 deg f (or whatever the setpoint), the pump will turn on to prevent burst pipes.

In other words, the generator will shut off automatically, and you can keep running everything like normal without problems.
