Mesh Winter Cover Cleanup

I have opened pools with old school tarp/vinyl covers by scrubbing with wide brush and detergents, but never mesh. This is a LoopLock like cover (GLI). What is the general method of those on the forum?

I just drag mine out to the yard, spray it off, and let it dry completely. If I get any stray grass/leaves/whatever, I hit it with the leafblower.

I usually let mine dry as much as possible, but since the storage bag is the same material, plenty of airflow after stuffing it in should prevent any mildew.

My experience has been that if you keep the water level in the pool down so the cover stays dry, no cleanup is required.

Great, thanks! Since I am itching so bad to get this started for our first season, Saturday will be our inagural Easter Swim in Central PA. Pool has been running for two weeks, but still covered. Crazy, but need to get this out of my system.

Fire up those heaters!
