which do I do first

My test results are:
FC 1 or zero
pH high 8.2 +
TA 130
CYA nothing - the solution did not cloud the dot

I use liquid bleach only and lately it's been evaporating (for obviours reasons). I have used nothing but liquid bleach since I last drained and filled the pool. I wonder why the TA is elevated.
In any event, I setup the pool calculator, but is there a priority?

Lower your pH. When you do that, your TA will come down. You need to get some FC in there, and find out what your CC is. You need CYA also, 30 is a good point to shoot for. Ease up to it though.
