I am getting rid of the disgusting hard to manage ladder and want to buy some nice pool steps but I don't know if one type is better than another. I've heard sand-filled bags can be cumbersome, and if anyone has nice steps in their above ground pool, please let me know. Thanks!

We have Lumi-o steps in ours and are happy with them. They have step inserts that you fill and they lay in recesses on top, to me they're esier to deal with than anything you put uunder the steps.

We bought the majestic-8000 last summer and so far have been very pleased with them.

I've been considering cinderblocks, painted and sealed on top of my reminant old liner so I wont damage the new liner. 2 wide maybe 5 courses tall. Does that seem like a bad idea?
