I need to place a deck support over some pool plumbing..?

We are putting a wooden deck on one end of our pool for more space. The new deck will be one step up from the pool's concrete deck. One of the locations that I need to put a beam support is over the top of the return and skimmer plumbing. I'm digging a hole and using a concrete tube form with a bracket to support one of the deck beams. Is this too much weight over those lines? What about leaving 6 inches of dirt between the bottom of the concrete and the plumbing?

Thanks

I don't think 6 inches of dirt is even close to enough. You better off to put a beam across to carry the load, even if you have to put in two concrete bases.
