I have a Pool Pilot Digital system thats about 4 years old.I am getting a check/clean cell mesage on the board. I checked and cleaned the cell and still got same message so I bought a new cell and change it and still have the same message. Salt is at 3300ppm 14v 3.8A. Checked all Fuses that I could find and still the same thing. Any ideas on what other checks I could do before I spend more money? Any way to check the cable from the cell to the control unit?

Hey DJLAND,
I am not too familiar with this particular system, but after some research, this is what I would recommend...

Ensure the cord is firmly pressed into the cell and the wires are properly connected into the banana plugs
Test your water chemistry with a good test kit
Re-calibrate your system to match measured pool sample

Let me know what your water chemistry results are and maybe I can help you more :-D
