Much appreciation to "Waterbear." I charged my 25,000 gallon Anthony/Sylvan pool with 20 Mule Team Borax 2-years ago. Haven't used an algecide or any winterizing chemicals since. Everything I use in my pool comes from Costco, the Farm store, or Walmart.
