ECOTECH Motors, does anyone have any experience using them

Searching for a Variable speed motor last night, I came across ECOTECH, built by Nider(US motors). HAs anyone ever used these before? Good? Bad? I did some searching, but didn't really run across anything. I found some places where the motor is about $650ish and can replace your existing pump motor with out much plumbing change.

I looked them up and while they look interesting I have no experience with them. U.S. Motors have been around for a long time in industry and should be reliable but that's not a guarantee that they will be.
