Is there a waterproof led strip that I can add to my three sheer descents? Any other low cost options? I have already purchased 3 sheer waterfalls, and would like to add some light to them.

you might want to look into fiber optic lighting as this type of lighting keeps the actual "guts" of the light away from any water.
