    solar cover vs solar sun discs

    I am going to be having a 16x32 rectangle pool installed in Pennsylvania. The poolbuilder offered 2 options a solar cover or sun discs. Since i never had either, I was wondering what some opinions on the 2 different covers were
    Simply, we find, hire and train the most talented individuals possible and we work hard to keep them.

    Any type of solar cover serves 1 main purpose

    to prevent evaporation (pool lose A LOT of heat via evaporation)

    So a solid pool cover does a better job at this.

    Solar discs are not a lot of help.

    Solar disks also tend to bunch up at one end of the pool if you have wind. Go with the solar blanket and cut it in half if you don't use a roller
