I had a case where the light kept tripping and when you pull the panel open and do a look in inspection, you don't move things around, things looked good. Then one day I shut it all down, pulled the panel, and then pulled the wires out and I found that for some reason the two wire nuts for the light had split. Maybe from heat or something, and it caused them to arch together when turned on. So until you get in there and really look around moving things, you might not find your issue.
