Hot Tub pump works but no flow

Hello,

I was in my hot tub last night and stepped on half of a plastic ring so I did some investigating inside the tub and noticed that my motors were running but there was no water flow running from one of the motors. I tried the air lock test and that didnt work. Any idea on how to fix it or what happened? I am sure the piece of plastic i found in the water has to do with something breaking off.

Sounds like you'll need to pull the pump assembly and check it out.
