Spa Leaking Under the Filter - Made a quick video to show it

It's a Solana SX...probably 5 years old. It's been empty for a year or two and once I fill the water above the filter it starts to leak (see video for details). Any help would be appreciated.

I would try a fiberglass patch to the outside. If you tried to the inside, it would likely interfere with the floating weir.

patching on the inside will probably make a more water tight repair. But like Scott said you need to make sure you don't interfere with the weir. If you do it right though a fiberglass repair is only milimeters thick.
