These pests are all over my pool. Is something attracting them to the water and how do I stop them? Rollie pollies arent as bad as the nasty potato bugs. I can see 3 of them in my pump and I find them floating along the water in the morning. We have a full concrete deck. The closest dirt is 50 ft away.

If conditions in your area have been dry lately then they are looking for water. You might try setting out a pan of water in the dirt and see if they are drawn to that instead.
