No. I find that leaving cleaners in the pool all summer seem to exasperate fading and breakdown of rubber parts. I'd would take it out dry it off and lubricate any gaskets you can get your hands on with jacks lube. You can use silicone spray on areas you can't reach but don't go crazy as you don't want too much coming off back into the pool in the spring.
