    renovation costs need help

got an estimate renovating 20X40 with 1200 sq ft of deck bit confused. Think decking is good price $10 sq ft removal and pour. $1500 extra for stamped(think is a steal). But they want $ 1200 to install two skimmers and $2600 for new lines returns and main. That seems high i mean the concrete will be gone how much is a plastic skimmer? Also does anyone know a fair price for deck drain near house? quote is $40 a linear ft. That seems high

Where are you located? Prices vary by location. Get a couple more bid, BTW.
