Variable speed pump rebate in Texas?

I'm considering replacing my existing 2hp pump with a variable speed pump. Probably the Hayward ecostar since I have existing Hayward goldline controls. Anyway I can't seem to find any rebates in texas except for Austin electric offering their customers. Considering Texas is one for the states with the most pools I'd have thought their would be some incentive.
It's hard enough to pull the trigger and replace an existing pump thats working, a couple of hundred back would be nice
Does anyone know ofany insentives/rebate these pumps might qualify for?

The Austin Energy rebate is the only one I know of. This page usually has a list of all of the current rebates.
