Pool test kit

I just joined because I have a problem with white scale in a fibreglass pool. The thread by Fleeta54 on 1 July 2010 exactly describes my problem.

TPF always ask for test figures in orded to supply an answer. Trouble is the only place I can find these kits on the web is on USA sites that can't ship to Spain.

Can anyone give me the name of a kit that is available in Spain?

The Palintest 315C should be available in your area. If you have a local pool store you can post the numbers from their tests to get us started.

Dave, I have wondered why US only. Is it an issue of shipping chemicals?

Dave S. can elaborate but it's an issue with chems as well as shipping costs and customs fees. Most large companies (i.e. Amazon) use distributors in the country of sale so they get around some of the rules and expenses.
