Hello all... I stumbled on this site and find it already helpful.
I live in SW Missouri, Springfield to be exact, and we just moved into a home with a pool. I can't tell you much about it yet since I'm pretty much a pool virgin, but I'll learn soon enough.
My wife and I moved here five years ago from Arkansas. I love to fly fish and therefore the handle "ArkieFlyGuy" fits. I also like to hunt, play guitar and mandolin, do woodworking, cook outdoors, tie my own flies, and write. I have a book published called "Dragonflies on my Rod Tip" about growing up and living in the Ozarks.
My wife and I are really looking forward to enjoying the new pool, even though it will be limited this year. It's 102 here today, so at least ONE more dip will be nice...
