so my pool is sort of oval and was thinking that buying an oval cover then cutting to shape is best. Or is buying rectangle better to cut to shape. At the longest points my pool is 30x15. What would you do?

For me it would be which ever is big enough and cheapest, I would guess the rectangular would be best since you have a long side and you would have to oversize the oval to get that long edge.
