this pool build grew out of a backyard patio and kitchen build, when I decided that there was no need to tear up my yard again, so we decided to go ahead and build the pool as well. This started out as a 10k patio build

    300k btu spa heater
    500 gallon buried propane tank
7 foot spa raised 9ft above pool deck with water fall that goes into dissapearing catch basin
bench in front of water fall
    2 intellibrite pool
    1 spa intellibrite
    2 waterfall intellibrite
    1 water feature intellibrite
large water fall with jump rock and tile slide into deep end.
walk out steps on both sides of deep end
    auto cover
    4 drains
    9 returns
    2 skimmers
2-4 pentair laminars in deck, (undecided)
    min 2 inch pipe.
    12-14 inch gunite
    # 3 on 12 inch except on curves and in deep end where #3 on 6 inch centers
Deck 1000 sq ft 3x3 thermalled bluestone with manufactured limeston coping
    perimeter trench drains around deck
engineered concrete retaining wall 100 ft 2-8ft tall with brick face
10 x 10 foot equipment bunker with storage built into wall with doors.
3 inch bluestone caps with rockface on wall
    1 vac line

    landscaping around pool and patio.
Im sure I forgot some things.
I know pics as soon as I can.

Sounds like it will be an impressive pool. The outside patio/kitchen area is beautiful.

That's going to be one killer pool! Absolutely love the geometric shape and the right angle corners. Clean, sharp and classic. The free-form design with the token grotto is so overdone these days IMO.

    Good for you, man.

Looks great, when I saw the first picture of the shallow end pool, I thought...boy that is shallow. Then I saw the picture with the guys standing in it and realized how big it was .

By the way, what Kamado cooker is that?

Looking good! I like your deep end steps; that's a neat way of doing it. If you have any specific questions or concerns, feel free to ask

What kind of finish are you getting? Diving board?

Thanks, we will have a water feature with a slide and jump rock. We have
also decided to add a toilet and sink in the equipment room.
Edit- plain white plaster, pretty boring.

Really like the flagstone path and patio. It compliments the stone on your house nicely. AND that's the first time I've seen a wooden door on a BBQ. I never would've thought of that and I'm probably going to copy your idea. Hope you don't mind!
