I read this article and watched the video at work Friday. Shortly afterward, a co-worker walked into my office and I had to explain to him why I was crying.

People who have never had pets probably don't realize the range of emotions they feel and how much they love their humans. They know when something is wrong, when we are happy, sad, sick, etc.
