Aquarite power light and LED on but no other functions

Hi, I have an aquarite with a t15 cell. My power light is on but that is it. No low salt, no check cell, no low flow. My board look fine. Any suggestions? We only have two authorized aquarite dealers, both of which subcontract and do not answer my calls. Cant get an answer.

Yes I know I do not have any salt in my pool.

So a few minutes after I posted, pool guy shows out of the blue with a new board. When he first looks at my system he tells me that he thinks my t cell is bad, but he will try the board just in case.. sure enough it was the board, in fact it was the black round thing that every one is talking about on the board. It had a crack in the insulation..
Well I am now generating so that's all folks!
