Question about Raypac pool heater Model P-R265B-EN

I think I can get a great deal on a used Raypac pool heater Model P-R265B-EN, Serial # 0408121103.
Does anyone have experience with this heater. I assume it is a 265,000 BTU unit built in 2004?

This heater was listed at a home salvage auction where the house will be torn down.
It did not sell at the auction and is now in the leftover section without a price.
What is this unit worth if it is in good working condition?

I think it might be a bit undersized for my pool. Any thoughts?
Would I be better off looking for a larger heater?

Used heaters are rarely a good deal and yes, it is undersized for your pool.

Thanks for the advice. I figure a 400,000 BTU unit would be ideal.
I can't justify buying a new unit, or heating my pool all summer.
Although it would be fun to heat the pool for one weekend early
in the season and one at the end. If I can get it for scrap value,
it might be worth it.
