Hi All, looks like we finally decided on a PB can you look over quote and advise me if I'm missing anything or if it looks good!! Thanks hoping to sign contract in 2 weeks!!

18x36 inground vinyl pool ti include the following;
-Excavation and fill removal with bobcat as access requires
-30 mil full print liner
-PVC double track coping-Bullnose
-14 guage galvanized stell walls with "A" frame supports
-Wide mouth skimmer with 2 return jets and main drain
-8'stright walk-in fiberglass stairs with 3 jets and air control
-250,000BTU electronic ignition pool heater
-1H.P pump
-Clean clear cartidge filter 520 sq. feet
-1-3 step stainless ladder
-2-12 volt Savi Melody LED lights with transformer and remote
-Salt generator with power center, salt included
-Deluxe maintenance kit incole, hose, brush, leaf net, test kit, vac head
-3' concrete walk way around pool
-Winter cover
-Close pool fall 2011 and open spring 2012

Not Incuded:
permits, electrical and gas hook ups, fence

I recommend getting a two speed pump if you can. That will save you a significant amount of money on electricity costs in the long run (a two speed on low costs about half as much to run as a single speed). It is also worth checking how much more it would cost to get a 400,000 BTU heater instead. Usually the extra costs are minimal, and if so it is well worth getting the larger heater so the pool will heat up more quickly.

Also, be sure that the "not included" items are clearly spelled out and you understand exactly what your responsibilities are.
