Jogging in a Jug for arthritis?!

Hi TFPers,

We re-found something for our arthritis that is really helping and wanted to share. Not only is the arthritis almost no problem now, the energy level is going through the roof! Here's one recipe if you'd like to give it a try:

1 Qt. Apple Juice
1 Qt. Grape Juice
2 Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Cups Honey

Mix well and put in fridge to allow honey to dissolve. Shake before using. Drink 3 oz (three ounces) per day.

I cut this recipe in half and sometimes only use one juice. Still works great. :)

cider vinegar, especially the kind from the health-food store with the Mother, is supposed to be GREAT for you! It helps your body absorb vitamins and minerals better, aside from the arthritis remedy! (I had never heard that one!)
