Glacial pool cooler placement relative to a SW

So I going to get one of those glacial pool cooler things to cool my water down as the pool gets pretty warm in the hot texas summers.

My question is in terms of installation; I'm assuming it goes on the return line. Should I put it after or before my salt water chlorine generator? I have a Autopilot Pool Pilot Digital SWG which has temperature compensation, so I wasn't sure if the Pool Cooler would cause it to change its chlorine output much by changing the water temp if I put it before the SWG. And also if putting it after the SWG, if the more concentrated chlorine from the SWG would shorten its lifespan.

Probably doesn't make a difference, but I thought I'd ask.
