    Waterfall to cool pool

This is my attempt to cool our pool.

I made this after watching DigiManTX's YouTube video.

I like useing 2 valves to adjust the pressure to the spray bar.

Water is at 90 at 8:00 pm.

    Hey, Mike,

Any update? Is it working well? Some? Not at all?

    Re: Waterfall to cool pool

Good morning duraleigh! Thanks for the intrest.
It's 78 outside this morning at 8:00 am and the water temp is 86.
That is a 4 degree drop in 12 hours.
    I'm happy with that.
It's supposed to be 92 and partly cloudy today and the pool will be full of grandkids.
They loved playing in the waterfall last night.
I can't wait to see what happens by this afternoon.

That's great! The higher you can "shoot" the water and the smaller the drops, the more evaporation you will have and subsequent cooling.

Running 24/7 is helpful, too, but it sounds like you are just about where you need to be.

I think it looks great... and it might be a good solution for those of us that have light/return combo that cannot accommodate the typical type of connection.
