Vinyl Patch Advice Needed

One of my clear vinyl patches came off and left a yellow residue which I suspect is the adhesive and it does not scrape off. I don't want to put another patch over it and be able to see the yellow left by the first patch. Any suggestions? Also, it's about 6 to 7 feet down so it's not that easy to get to with a brush or scrubber.

Patch the hole with colored vinyl. It may be hard to match the print if the current liner is faded. If its not faded and you need some vinyl try calling liners companies for samples.like loop loc etc.
