54" seems to be the biggest wall size I've seen. If you want it deeper, you can get an expandable liner and dig the center up to 2' deeper
18' x 38' x 52" oval AGP with 6' deep end (foam on the walls, preformed coving, and Happy Bottom floor padding)
Pentair Optiflow 1 HP 2 Speed pump
    Pentair cc200 cartridge filter
Pentair UltraTemp Model 110 BLK 108,000 BTU Heat Pump
    2 Intex SWG's (copper unplugged)

I'm assuming the AGPs with deep ends are as nice as they sound! I would love to have a 6' deep end! but i'm sure there are costs associated with that. plus there isn't anything I can do about it now...

Other than digging out the dirt, just the cost of maintaining the added volume. You can find good expandable liners close to the same price as non-expandable. I did this, and my kids (and kids friends...and everybody) comments on how much more fun the pool is compared to one depth (shallow only) pools. I was regretting it as I dug it, but as we use it now, I am reminded that I would definitely do it again.
TFP Expert who uses Pool School and my TF100 test kit along with PoolMath for my: Round 11K gallon AGP with deep end, 20" sand filter, Matrix 1hp 2spd, 6 2ftX20ft solar panels (and solar cover!), Intex SWCG (copper bars disconnected) and a Rubadub hot tub (chlorine). The SLAM process is not finished until: 1. CC < 0.5 ppm, 2. An OCLT < 1.0 ppm and, 3. The water is crystal clear.
