Do I need to shake the test reagents to mix them?

Almost subconsciously, every time I test the water in my pool, I shake each reagent
before I squeeze the drops into the test cylinder to mix it up evenly.

Do I need to do this?

No. There's nothing in any of them to "settle out". I catch myself doing the same thing, though.
