Question about acid washing quartz plaster

the plaster company showed up at 7:00am and started plastering my blue quartz at about 7:30am. they finished about 10:00am and now are acid washing about 11:30am.

is an hour and a half enough time to allow for drying before acid wash? i'm concerned because i thought they come out the next day for the acid wash.
 
That is fine as long as they know what they are doing. The plaster sets up enough after an hour to be walked on and acid washed as long as you are careful not to apply too much pressure in a small area.
