Wiring help no diagram on pump!

HI, We are almost finished installing our 15' 30' agp and have hit a roadblock. The pump is a "Extreme Force Pump 2 HP Single Speed Pump for Above Ground Pools " From Leisure Living (distributer from whom we purchased the pool and all). There is no diagram and we can't find anything to help us with this. Here are pics of what we are dealing with. We've tried hooking up the green to ground and the white and black to the 1 & 3, but it's not coming on. Do we need to do something with brown and orange?? It does say on the pump that it's 120.

I'd expect that is a 120/220 pump that will be set for 220 from the factory. It's usually a single wire needing to be moved to convert to 120V.

What does it say on the motor data plate? Should have current, voltage and manufacturer, and usually has the diagram.

The label says DPL HydroPro 2 HP (I know, too much HP!) model 064080 volts 114 hrtz 60 amps 9.5

There is definitely no diagram or schematic on the pump or in the "directions." Any help would be appreciated greatly!

Heather.
