Salt level

I have a Nature2 Fusion Soft controlled through a Jandy AquaPure module. The unit has consistently reported salt levels of 3300-3500 PPM since the pool was started up in April. I recently checked the salt level using an Aquacheck test strip and got a reading of 2100 PPM. which one should I believe? Should I be concerned about this?

I would tend to believe the swcg, but having said that, I'd take a sample to a local pool store and have them test it to verify.
