Help setting Tork Timer

Hello,

I just moved in to a house that has a pool and the previous resident left me little instruction on what to do. First question is how do I set the timer? It seems like it would be obvious. Set the pins to start and stop time BUT there are 4 pins :? Next when I flip the switch on the timer to on or off it seems to do nothing but I know the timer works somehow since the filter runs during the day. I went to a Tork identifier site and I think it is a Tork 1100 series. Below is a pic. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm no authority on those, but it looks like it's set up to run two separate cycles in a day. like 7:00 - 11:00 AM and 5:30 - 9:30 at night. You should be able to just turn the dial to line the current time with the "TIME" marker at the bottom right - roughly where 10:00 PM is in that pic.
