    dogs laying on spa cover

We have 3 big dogs who have taken to laying on the spa cover. They have bent it in so much it is in the water. One is a puppy and has chewed it up also. We have thrown it away and are looking for something to replace it with that they wont ruin. We have thought about getting marine grade plywood and making a cover out of that... any other ideas? The spa is built into the deck so you just walk up to it and step in. Thanks

I have been looking at these, but I have not priced one out yet.

I love the look of the wood, and it might not be comfortable for the dogs.

The SLAM process is not finished until: 1. CC < 0.5 ppm, 2. An OCLT < 1.0 ppm and, 3. The water is crystal clear.

I have used those. They work OK. They are expensive. They are not super strong. They won't support a lot of weight. The wood needs to be sealed periodically to keep it nice.

The aluminum ones may do the trick...Thanks!! Afraid the dogs will chew the wood ones.
