Brown Stain at bottom of pool / near return

Hi peoples,

I dont really take care of this pool but some people need help in getting rid of a brown stain that looks to be getting larger as the years go by ...

Any ideas? Do I need to give ya all the pool test stuff?

Yes, we do need to see some teest results that include FC, CC, CH, CYA, pH, and TA.

Is the stained area rough, slimy, or otherwise different from the regular plaster? It almost looks like organic stains from debris that has been collecting in the dependent areas of the pool over time.
