My husband and I have a bet going, I say our 18ft round pool wil collapse because the frame is unlevel by 3 inches. He says it will not because the water is level and floor is level. He wil not drain the pool and redo the frame. The pool frame has been in place for 10 years we just replaced the liner and releveled the floor this year but he refused to move the frame. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's a tough one. I believe it will be fine. If it was more than 3" I might be worried but at 3" it'll most likely be just fine, especially since it's been there that long.
