    Got to be HAPPY!!!

Got to tell you all, it's been a good forum. Here are my readings from last night:

    FCL 4.25
    tCL 4.25
pH 7.9 (Always adding muriatic acid and 1 yr anniversary in November)
    ALY 83
    CH 217
    CYA 63

    They're almost perfect.
Can't be happier with the way the pool looks except for all that visible dirt on the bottom that always needs cleaned...

Aside from you pH being marginally high, I'd say that you are looking good.

I drop 1/4 gallon of muriatic acid in my pool almost daily. It's always on the high side...

So the test results are decent, but how's it look? Do people suddenly get the urge to go swimming when they see your sparkling water?

Troublefree does not mean Maintenancefree. It's like brushing your teeth: You can spend a couple minutes a day and pennies a week or go to the dentist once a year and spend several thousand dollars.
A pool is like a pet - you have to feed it every day, even the days you don't want to play with it!

I've got some of my pictures posted all over this forum Richard, but here is another...
My entire construction from beginning to yesterday is at

Lana's 23 year old daughter wants to have a full-out party blast at the end of the year for all of her friends to show it off, but I said ABSOLUTELY NOT. They're way too much into partying. Would be too stressful, but fun to watch until they get stupid.
