Steps to Balance after Refill

I am new to the site. Thank you for the great information and instructions!

I refilled my pool and followed the first 5 steps in Beginners Guide for Seasonal/Temporary Pools. After 4 days of adding 10 pounds of Dichlor my test results are:

FC 4.5
pH 7.2
CH 100
TA 70
CYA 0

Do I need to wait few more days before I will be able to measure the true CYA in the water?

What steps do you recommend next? When can I start adding borates?

It may take a few more days for the CYA to show on testing, but should be about 30.

You need to increase your CH to 250 - 350 range.

Do borates after everything else is balanced and confirmed
