Old deck for 21', new pool is 24'- How to make the deck fit?

Our old deck was built around our 24' pool that was 48" high. The deck hovered just about the edge of the old pool. Too bad a tree fell on the old one and it collapsed.

Our new pool is 21' and 52" high and we are facing a dilemna of what to do with the old deck. We would like it to hover above the edge like it used to.

I know this is a very broad question.. but what are our options besides jacking up the deck and moving it forward? It still won't fit the contour of the pool because the is a 21 footer rather than a 24.

You might be able to remove the decking from the frame and then build on an extension frame that will follow the contour of the pool.
